RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (15 DAYS)

You can request a return or file a claim within 15 days of receiving your order or upon completion of the machinery supply/rental service. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, you must ship the package back to our logistics center using insured shipping with a tracking number. We cannot accept packages without prior return authorization.

  • Note: If the item delivered is correct and free of defects, the shipping costs and any potential restocking fees will be borne by the customer.

Damaged Items and Issues

Please inspect your order or the condition of the rented/purchased machinery as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover the return and reshipping expenses to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods or specific agricultural/livestock products.

  • Customized machinery, modified tools, or materials ordered under special request.

  • Hazardous substances, liquids, or flammable gases.

  • Services or rentals already fully executed and accepted.

🛑 Important Notice

Please do not open a dispute on PayPal/Klarna or initiate a bank chargeback. Doing so delays the refund process by 40 to 60 days due to banking protocols and unnecessarily penalizes our company.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase or rental order for the new item. This prevents stockouts on specific machinery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU, 14 Days)

For deliveries within the European Union, you have 14 days to return a product without needing any justification. Conditions: the item must be unused, with intact tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Cancellation of Orders or Services

Cancellation is possible on the same day the order or contract is made, up until midnight. Send your request via email to 📧 support@gestionintegral.com and wait for our confirmation. After this period, or if the machinery delivery, rental period, or servicing has already begun, we will not be able to process the cancellation request.
